In the Sales Process, we used 2.1.3.5 which is 2 stands for Standard Greeting and Offering customers with drinks and snacks. Number 1 is compulsory for the sales advisor to Offer a test drive to the customer. 3 means Sales Tools preparation for sales advisor in product knowledge, price and feature of the product. The number 5 stands for delivery actions by greeting customers with congratulations and thank you for their trustworthiness with our company. Ensuring the customer is satisfied with sales processes is our priority. Others than that, our company also do a trade in cars for those customers who want trade in with a new Proton models.
